Who are we?
In the year 1965 Mr. Laxmichand Chunilalji Kothari started trading
in non ferrous metals in Thakurdwar, Mumbai with the trade name Sha Laxmichand Chunilalji
& Co.
Since then continuos efforts of Mr. Laxmichand Kothari and his son Mr. Nirmal Kothari
helped to prosper the business throughout India.
To carry forward the legacy of Mr. Laxmichand Kothari with his strong foundation
and experience of 50 years grandson Mr. Nitesh Kothari took the business at a further
stage to an international scale in the name of
Monarch Metal & Co.

CADMIUM
Cadmium occurs as a minor component in most zinc ores and therefore is a byproduct of zinc production. It was used for a long time as a pigment and for corrosion-resistant plating on steel, whereas cadmium compounds were used to stabilize plastic. Purity Used
LEAD
Heavy, ductile, soft gray solid. Soluble in dilute nitric acid, insoluble in water but dissolves slowly in water containing a weak acid, resists corrosion and is relatively impenetrable to radiation. Poor electrical conductor; good sound and vibration absorber. Noncombustible.Use mostly in car batteries.
